reviews: re-review -- Vanilla Chex and regular review -- Blueberry Bran Crunch

At least I'm into my 2025 reviews!

So let's start with this limited edition re-release of Vanilla Chex, which I first reviewed back in 2013. I opened the bag and it definitely smelled like vanilla. It also tasted like vanilla, which was a good flavor match for a rice-based Chex. You can tell the difference between a generic "frosted" and a vanilla-flavored cereal--just "sweet" vs. vanilla--which reminds me, did I ever review Frosted Chex? Huh, apparently not. Anyway, it's too bad I couldn't recreate the entire review--there's a new Cinnamon Toast Crunch Peanut Butter that I still need to try 😋

Secondly, Blueberry Bran Crunch. This could have been so much better--the addition of large freeze-dried blueberries (like in Special K Blueberry) would have made this, I don't know, amazing? Fantastic? I don't know why it didn't occur to me to mix the two to achieve a similar effect. Maybe you should do that.
But back to the review: I also thought this would've been better with cranberries added, like a spin on Raisin Bran with Cranberries. It just needed something else--as it is, the blueberry crunch clusters weren't enough for me. It did have a nice blueberry flavor, though.
