review: Heritage Flakes
Think of it as the Nature's Path version of Wheaties.
So I picked this up about a month ago when Target was having a cereal sale--I think it was buy one, get one 1/2 off--the same day I found the Strawberry Life. My brain tried to process this quickly: "Quick, pick something you haven't tried! Ok, fine, the Heritage Flakes!" The redesigned box made it look a bit more appealing.
As for the flakes themselves, they're a bit on the dry and crunchy side. There must be barely a hint of honey because I didn't taste it. On the plus side, all the grains, so it's more like Wheaties, Milleties, Oaties and Spelties. I'll definitely be mixing these with other cereals.
