strawberry season
You know I had to bring the strawberries for Mother's Day. And I just happened to find rhubarb at Wegmans. So I made this Strawberry-Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake. Check it out:
I have no idea why the photo worked this time, but yay me.
And I didn't lose a single strawberry upon flipping. Annnnd this was my first olive oil cake. It's super, super moist and doesn't taste of olive oil at all. Just add a little whipped cream and you're good to go. 👍
